The VRC Membership Services phone line will be closed over the Christmas break between the 23rd of December to the 3rd of January.

We will be open to assist with enquiries for New Year’s Day Race Day on the following days:

  • 30th December – 9am to 5pm
  • 31st December – 9am to 5pm

Assistance during major events:

  • Please call (03) 8378 0623 (During the event only)
  • The VRC can be contacted on our Resident Response Hotline at any time during the event to report any anti-social, noise or cleaning related problems you may be experiencing.
  • The Flemington Racecourse Resident Hotline operates during all major outdoor events excluding race days.
  • The Hotline will operate for the duration of the event.
